The position is open to either Filipino or other non-native English speakers who meet the required English proficiency standards and are ready to take on classroom teaching responsibilities. Applicants must have a TOEIC score of at least 700 or an English proficiency level of CEFR B2 or higher. Candidates are expected to hold a university degree in Education or a closely related field, demonstrating a solid academic background suitable for teaching. The school requires applicants to have strong spoken English skills and the ability to communicate clearly in a classroom environment. Teachers should also be capable of managing a classroom effectively and maintaining responsibility for student learning and behavior. Previous teaching experience is considered an advantage, although it is not strictly mandatory. However, candidates with classroom experience will be given preference during the selection process.
