The available position is for a full-time Art Teacher responsible for teaching students from Grades 1 through 8, covering both primary and lower secondary levels. The role is based at the Seri Thai Campus in Bangkok, Thailand, with an immediate opening available for the 2026–2027 academic year.

IBS is looking for an enthusiastic and imaginative teacher who can inspire students through visual arts education. The successful candidate will be expected to design meaningful lessons that encourage artistic expression, creativity, critical thinking, and hands-on participation. The school values teachers who can motivate students to explore their talents and develop confidence through art.

Teaching responsibilities include delivering Art lessons for Grades 1–8 and preparing age-appropriate lesson plans and creative classroom activities. Teachers will introduce students to a variety of artistic techniques and mediums such as drawing, painting, crafts, mixed media, design projects, and cultural or seasonal art activities. Additional responsibilities include organizing classroom displays, student exhibitions, and maintaining a positive and disciplined learning environment.

Applicants should possess at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Fine Arts, Art Education, or another related field. The school is primarily seeking a Filipino applicant with strong English communication skills. Previous teaching experience with young learners or primary and secondary students is considered an advantage, especially within bilingual or international school settings.

The ideal teacher should demonstrate creativity, professionalism, strong classroom management abilities, and a student-focused teaching approach. The salary for this position ranges from 20,000 to 23,000 Thai Baht per month depending on qualifications and teaching experience.
