| Write or Paste Ad | We are a premium trilingual early years school in Bangkok, Thailand. We are currently hiring an English Teacher to join our expanding educational team. The school offers an immersive learning environment that emphasizes English, Chinese, and Thai language development while providing children with a modern, international-style educational experience. The position focuses on teaching young learners in the Early Years and Kindergarten age range, specifically children between 1.5 and 6 years old. The successful candidate will help foster language acquisition, communication skills, and self-confidence through engaging and age-appropriate learning activities. Teachers will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive, child-centered lessons that encourage active participation and curiosity. The role also involves preparing lesson plans and classroom materials that align with internationally recognized early childhood education practices. In addition to classroom teaching, educators will support students’ overall development by creating a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment. Teachers are expected to help children build social, emotional, and academic foundations during their early learning journey. Collaboration is an important part of the role, as teachers will work closely with both Thai and international colleagues. Participation in school events, extracurricular activities, and regular communication with parents is also expected as part of maintaining strong partnerships within the school community. The working schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., providing a structured workweek in a professional educational setting located in Bangkok. Teachers should possess a bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Strong spoken and written English skills are essential, and previous experience teaching in kindergarten, preschool, or early childhood environments is highly desirable. The school is looking for teachers who are passionate about working with young children and who demonstrate creativity, enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism. Candidates should also be comfortable working within a multicultural team. Additional qualifications such as TESOL, TEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, or similar certifications will be considered an advantage. Both native and non-native English speakers with strong English proficiency are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in international schools or bilingual programs, as well as those familiar with educational approaches such as EYFS, Reggio Emilia, or other child-centered learning methodologies.
