| Write or Paste Ad | Lead Class Teacher (Native English Speaker) Kidz Village International Kindergarten is currently recruiting a dedicated and experienced Native English-Speaking Lead Class Teacher to become part of our vibrant early years team. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about supporting young learners and creating meaningful educational experiences. Our kindergarten welcomes children from 12 months to 6 years of age and follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Learning is further enhanced through The Project Approach, which encourages curiosity, exploration, and child-led inquiry in a nurturing environment. As a Lead Class Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that support each child's growth and development. The successful candidate will lead the classroom, collaborate closely with teaching assistants, and help create a safe, positive, and stimulating atmosphere for all students. Key duties include planning age-appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework, fostering an inclusive classroom culture, and monitoring children's progress through observation, assessment, and documentation. The role also involves supporting and guiding classroom assistants to ensure effective teamwork and high-quality learning outcomes. Building strong partnerships with families is an important part of this position. Teachers are expected to maintain open communication with parents, support children's wellbeing and emotional development, and actively contribute to school events, activities, and the wider school community. Applicants should be Native English Speakers with a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred. Candidates should also have experience or academic background in Early Years Education, a strong understanding of child development, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude toward teaching young children is essential.
