The Music & Art Teacher position covers both Elementary and Secondary School levels and requires expertise in music and visual arts. Additional responsibilities for this role include teaching guitar as part of the music curriculum, with violin experience considered an asset. Applicants for the Music & Art Teacher position should demonstrate strong piano skills, particularly in accompaniment for rehearsals and performances, along with experience directing or supporting choirs. Candidates should also possess visual arts expertise and hold a Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Fine Arts, Arts Education, or a related field. An artistic portfolio is encouraged as part of the application.

NIVA is also seeking a Temporary Kindergarten Teacher to cover a classroom during a leave period from approximately August to September 2026. Candidates for the Kindergarten position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Previous experience in Early Childhood or Kindergarten education is preferred, and applicants should demonstrate the ability to foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.

The school is additionally recruiting a Librarian to support both Elementary and Secondary School students. This role involves promoting information literacy and research skills, encouraging reading through clubs and school-wide initiatives, and managing the day-to-day operations of the library.

Key responsibilities for the Librarian include overseeing circulation services, cataloguing resources, managing acquisitions and inventory, coordinating the distribution of student textbooks, and collaborating with teachers to support classroom learning and research projects.

Applicants for the Librarian role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Education, English, or a related discipline. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and knowledge of library systems and collection management are essential, while previous experience working in a school library is highly desirable.

General requirements for all positions include proficiency in American English, preferably at a native or near-native level, and at least two years of relevant professional experience. Familiarity with the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) is advantageous, and candidates must be eligible and willing to obtain a Thai Teaching License.
