| Write or Paste Ad | The Assumption College English Program (ACEP), Rama II Campus in Samut Sakhon, is currently seeking a qualified Secondary Mathematics Teacher for an immediate start. This full-time role offers a monthly salary of 35,000 THB and involves working with students aged 11 to 16 within a structured international-style learning environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the ACEP curriculum. Lessons, units, and projects should be clearly structured and accessible to students, ensuring strong understanding and academic progress. Teachers are also expected to stay informed about updates and developments in the national curriculum. Collaboration is an important part of this role, as teachers will work closely with colleagues to coordinate lesson planning and support cross-curricular learning. Instructional approaches should be adapted to meet the needs of learners with varying abilities, ensuring that all students are supported and challenged appropriately. Teachers are expected to design lessons that incorporate a balance of instruction, demonstrations, group activities, independent work, and investigative learning. They should use a variety of teaching strategies creatively to encourage engagement, curiosity, and deeper understanding of mathematical concepts, while also maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of attendance, assessments, assignments, and student progress, as well as reporting to the Head of Department. Teachers must also attend meetings and professional development sessions, uphold safeguarding standards, communicate with parents regarding student progress, and provide reports to external bodies when required.
