Norwich International School Bangkok is inviting applications for the position of Early Years Teacher for an August 2026 start. The school is looking for a passionate and dedicated Native English-Speaking educator who is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and becoming a valued member of its expanding Early Years Department.

Situated in the Rama 2 district of Bangkok, the school provides a welcoming, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Its Early Years programme follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework and incorporates the Curiosity Approach, encouraging children to develop confidence, creativity, and a lifelong enthusiasm for learning through exploration and discovery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education and recognize the importance of supporting every child's unique abilities and personal growth. Applicants should be committed to providing engaging, child-led learning experiences while building positive relationships with students and their families.

Candidates must be native English speakers with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline, along with a recognized teaching qualification such as a PGCE, QTS, B.Ed., or equivalent. A minimum of two years' experience teaching in an Early Years setting is required, while knowledge of the EYFS Framework and the Curiosity Approach will be considered an advantage.

Applicants should also possess excellent communication and classroom management skills, demonstrate a genuine commitment to inquiry-based and child-centred learning, and uphold the highest standards of child safeguarding and welfare. Previous experience in an international school and working within a multicultural environment will be viewed favorably.
