Write or Paste Ad Suankularb Wittayalai Thonburi School, a government secondary school in Bangkok that offers both an English Program and an International Programme based on the Cambridge Curriculum, is currently inviting applications from qualified native and non-native English speakers for a full-time English Teacher position. The contract will run from 17 July 2026 through April 2027.

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and either possess or be working toward a TESOL or TEFL certification. Candidates must also complete, or have completed, a Thai Culture Training course. Strong English proficiency and effective communication skills are essential, and applicants may be asked to provide proof through IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, or CEFR certification.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching IGCSE, AS-Level, or A-Level courses. Applicants should have between one and three years of teaching experience, demonstrate a genuine passion for education and student development, and exhibit professionalism, punctuality, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Candidates must also be residing in Thailand and available to begin work during the stated contract period.

The successful applicant will teach students in both face-to-face and online settings using Google Classroom. Training on Google Classroom and ongoing professional development will be provided by the school. Teaching responsibilities include a maximum of 22 teaching periods per week, with each period lasting 50 minutes. Additional duties include serving as a class adviser or homeroom teacher and participating in training sessions organized by the school or external institutions.

The salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience, with a starting salary of 35,000 THB per month for bachelor's degree holders and 38,000 THB per month for those with a master's degree. Employees will receive compensation throughout one academic year, enjoy weekends and public holidays off, and have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative school environment.
