| Write or Paste Ad | Native English Speaker Montessori Teacher Needed at Earl Montessori Earl Montessori is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Native English Speaker (NES) to join our team as a Montessori Guide (Teacher) at our Mueang Mai Branch. We welcome enthusiastic educators who enjoy working with young children and are eager to contribute to a caring, child-focused Montessori learning environment. This is an urgent opening for one full-time position. Applicants should be native English speakers, and a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline is preferred. Previous teaching or childcare experience is highly valued, while Montessori experience will be considered an advantage. We are looking for individuals who are patient, responsible, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting children's growth and development. The successful candidate will guide children through engaging Montessori learning experiences, observe and support each child's individual progress, prepare educational materials, and maintain a well-organized classroom. Strong communication with parents and effective collaboration with fellow teachers are also important aspects of the role. The position is based at Earl Montessori's Mueang Mai Branch. Working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., five days per week. Please note that weekly days off are scheduled on a rotating basis and are not always on Saturdays and Sundays.
