Write or Paste Ad Norwich International School Bangkok is looking to appoint a passionate and creative Primary Music Teacher to become part of its expanding international school community. The position is based at the school's Rama II campus and is scheduled to begin on 1 August 2026.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering inspiring Music lessons to Primary students, creating a positive learning environment that encourages students to develop their musical abilities, creativity, and confidence through engaging classroom experiences.

The role includes planning and teaching high-quality lessons that support students in building a strong foundation in music while fostering performance skills, musical appreciation, and creative expression across the Primary curriculum.

In addition to classroom teaching, the Music Teacher will play an active role in organising and supporting school performances, concerts, assemblies, and other special events that celebrate students' musical achievements throughout the academic year.

The successful applicant will also encourage students to participate in choirs, ensembles, and extracurricular music activities while working closely with colleagues to strengthen and expand the school's Performing Arts programme.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related discipline. A recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, Bachelor of Education, or an equivalent certification, is preferred, while previous experience in an international school setting will be considered an advantage.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to teach a broad range of musical skills and instruments, possess effective classroom management techniques, communicate confidently in English, and inspire students with a genuine enthusiasm for music education.
