| Write or Paste Ad | Kids Avenue International Kindergarten in Sriracha, Chonburi, Thailand is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic NATIVE English Speaker to join its team as an Early Years Teacher. The position starts in August 2026 and is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and believes children learn best through play, creativity and meaningful experiences. The successful teacher will work with children aged 2 to 6 years and deliver high-quality learning based on the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. The school provides a warm, supportive and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to develop through play-based and experiential learning. The role involves planning and delivering structured yet creative EYFS lessons that are appropriate for young children. Teachers will be expected to create engaging learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity and active participation while supporting each child's individual development. The successful applicant will support children's overall development across physical, emotional, social and cognitive areas. Regular observation and assessment will be an important part of the position, with teachers responsible for monitoring children's progress and preparing appropriate progress reports. Strong communication with parents and colleagues is also expected. The teacher will work as part of a professional team, maintain positive relationships with families and colleagues, and contribute to a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for all children. Applicants should have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and be able to create creative, child-centred learning experiences. Effective classroom management, an understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to professional standards are essential qualities for the position. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Experience with play-based learning would be an advantage, and Native English Speakers are preferred. The school is located in Sriracha, Chonburi, approximately 30 minutes from Pattaya and around two hours from Bangkok. The location provides teachers with the opportunity to work in a growing international community while enjoying convenient access to both major cities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with approximately 15 to 18 teaching hours per week. The position is offered on a two- or three-year academic contract and includes a three-month probation period. The salary is between 35,000 and 45,000 Baht per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
