| Write or Paste Ad | British Council Thailand is recruiting Hourly Paid Instructors of English to join our Bangkok team. Main duties are: - Teaching KG and primary aged learners - Monitoring and supporting learners’ progress and performance - Contributing to the monitoring, evaluation, and development of the course - Engaging in professional development and performance management - Supporting the wider aims of the British Council Candidates must be able to commit to working Monday to Fridays 0800 – 1700 on all the working dates above. Candidates unable to commit will not be considered for the post. Applicants must hold a first degree and CELTA or equivalent, as well as some Young Learner teaching experience. Experience of working with Thai learners and / or KG students is desirable. Priority will be given to applicants who hold a valid work permit and have employer permission to work for British Council. Work permits and visas can be provided if required in other cases. Pay starts from 946.50 THB per taught hour, increasing depending on qualifications. Other benefits include health insurance.
