The successful candidate should be passionate about working with young people, maintain high expectations for student learning, and demonstrate excellent classroom management, clear spoken English, strong teaching skills, and the ability to motivate students. The school offers a two-year renewable contract with a competitive salary of 62,500 Baht per month, private medical insurance, full coverage of visa and work permit costs, and an end-of-service gratuity subject to performance.
