The position involves teaching students in Secondary 1–3, and the successful candidate will be expected to begin work immediately. Applicants should be currently living in Thailand and have a genuine interest in supporting students in developing their knowledge of business and related subjects. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A minimum of two years of teaching experience is required, with previous experience teaching at high school level considered an advantage. The ideal applicant should have clear and effective spoken English, strong classroom management abilities, and the confidence to communicate with students in an engaging and professional manner. Teachers will be responsible for planning and organising their own lessons and preparing appropriate learning materials to meet the needs of their students. Flexibility is also important, as teachers may be required to participate in other activities organised by the school. Rainbow Pattana School offers a starting monthly salary of 23,000–24,000 Baht, together with a paid work permit and a 12-month paid contract. Teachers will also receive paid holidays as part of the employment package. Salary adjustments will be considered each year, providing teachers with the opportunity for increased earnings based on their continued employment and performance.
