| Write or Paste Ad | Native Speaker ONLY! Earl Montessori in Ratchaburi is looking for a Native English-Speaking Montessori Guide to join its team at The Proud Bypass-Ratchaburi Project. The position is open to native English speakers from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK, the USA, and other English-speaking countries. The successful candidate will work with young children in a Montessori environment, helping to guide their learning and supporting their individual development. The role involves working with children between approximately 1.3 and 3.5 years of age. Responsibilities include observing each child’s progress, preparing appropriate learning materials, maintaining an engaging classroom environment, and providing guidance and support throughout the children’s daily activities. The teacher will also be expected to communicate effectively with parents and cooperate with other members of the teaching team. A good understanding of working with and managing young children is essential for this position. Applicants should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and have previous experience in education or childcare. Montessori teaching experience would be an advantage, while patience, responsibility and a genuine passion for working with young children are highly valued. The position offers training and free accommodation in Ratchaburi, along with additional incentives. The successful applicant will work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Wednesday through Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays as regular days off.
