The Toddler program serves children aged 1.6 to 3 years and combines an American Curriculum with Montessori education, emphasizing hands-on learning, independence, curiosity, confidence, and whole-child development. The school is looking for a warm, energetic, and highly capable teacher who genuinely enjoys working with young children and understands their developmental, social, and emotional needs. This full-time position is based in the Nichada Thani area of Nonthaburi, with a start date as soon as possible. Key responsibilities include leading and managing the Toddler classroom and teaching team, planning and delivering engaging learning experiences, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment, supporting all areas of child development, encouraging independence and positive relationships, observing and documenting progress, and building strong parent partnerships. Candidates must have native-level English proficiency, a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field, and experience teaching toddlers or young children, preferably ages 1.5 to 3. A strong understanding of early childhood development, a warm and patient classroom presence, excellent communication and classroom management skills, and US teaching experience or an American teaching credential are highly preferred, while Montessori training or international school experience are considered advantages.
