The position officially begins in November 2026 and offers a 12-month contract. One of the key benefits is that both public and school holidays are fully paid, providing teachers with excellent time off throughout the year. Working hours are from 7:20 AM to 4:10 PM, Monday through Friday. The teaching load is manageable, with approximately 20 to 24 periods per week, allowing educators to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still making a meaningful impact in the classroom. A critical requirement for applicants is that they must already be residing in Thailand and available to attend an in-person interview at the school. Remote or overseas candidates will not be considered for this role. The kindergarten curriculum covers four main subject areas: Language, Phonics, Mathematics, and Life Experience. Teachers will have the opportunity to guide young learners through these foundational subjects in a supportive and engaging setting. In terms of compensation, the base salary varies depending on nationality. Non-native English speakers will receive 20,000 THB per month, while native speakers will earn 33,000 THB per month. In addition, all teachers receive a monthly housing allowance of 2,000 THB. The school also provides a free daily lunch, which is a great perk for staff.
