| Write or Paste Ad | Earl Montessori and Creativity Center is currently hiring for a unique leadership position known as the Teacher Enablement Lead. This role is based at their Huamark Branch in Bangkok, Thailand, though it may also involve occasional travel to other locations across Thailand and Laos. This is not a classroom teaching position. Instead, it is a leadership role focused on building great teachers and, by extension, great schools. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and will play a key part in shaping the quality of education across the organization. The core responsibilities of this role include designing and leading teacher development and training programs, ensuring classroom quality and consistency across all branches, and supporting new school openings as well as franchise partners. The position also involves building systems, tools, and standards that improve teaching and learning on a larger scale. Earl Montessori is looking for someone with a builder's mindset—someone who thinks in terms of systems, frameworks, and scalability. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a strong background in Montessori education being a significant advantage. A passion for teacher training or mentoring is essential, as is the ability to coach, communicate, and facilitate effectively. The role requires someone who is flexible, proactive, and comfortable with travel, as the position may require visits to various branches and partner schools.
