Bamboo Valley International School, a licensed international school set on a beautiful 5,600-square-metre green campus in Cherngtalay, Phuket, is seeking a Kindergarten Teacher to join its Early Years team. Our programme uniquely blends the UK National Curriculum with Waldorf-inspired philosophy and a Forest School approach, creating a holistic learning environment where strong academics, emotional development, and a deep connection with nature grow together. In this role, you will teach daily Phonics, plan and deliver Kindergarten learning aligned with the UK curriculum, and bring Waldorf rhythms and outdoor learning into everyday practice. You will also support the daily Nursery and Kindergarten programme, integrate meaningful Social-Emotional Learning, and carefully observe and document each child's academic, social, and emotional development. Regular communication with families about their children's progress is another key part of the role, as we believe strong partnerships between school and home are essential. We are looking for a native English speaker with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development, Education, or a related field, along with a recognised teaching qualification and proven experience teaching Kindergarten or Early Years. Confidence in teaching Phonics and early literacy is essential, and familiarity with the UK National Curriculum or EYFS is highly desirable, as is a genuine interest in alternative and nature-based approaches like Waldorf, Forest School, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia.
