Teachers should genuinely enjoy working with children and teenagers and be patient, creative and committed to helping students develop academically and personally. The position is suitable for versatile teachers who can teach several academic subjects rather than English alone. Applicants should have native-level or highly fluent English with clear, neutral and easily understandable pronunciation, as strong accents are not considered suitable for the role. Teachers from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland and other English-speaking countries are welcome to apply. Subjects may include Mathematics, Science, English, Geography, Social Studies and other core subjects. Previous online teaching experience is highly preferred. AALS is seeking teachers who are adaptable, hardworking and responsible, with the ability to explain challenging concepts clearly and find creative ways to support different learners. Successful applicants should work well with fellow teachers and communicate professionally with students and parents, while being willing to take on a variety of teaching responsibilities. The position offers a monthly salary of THB 30,000–35,000, negotiable according to qualifications, experience and teaching ability, together with free private single-room accommodation, free meals, visa and work permit assistance and an attractive benefits package. The working schedule is Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one day off each week.
