The position is open to qualified native English speakers from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other English-speaking countries. The school is located in the city area of Ratchaburi along Ratchaburi Bypass Road. The successful candidate will work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Wednesday through Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday designated as weekly days off. The Montessori Guide will be responsible for supporting children's learning and development within a Montessori environment. Duties include observing individual children's progress, preparing appropriate learning materials, maintaining an engaging classroom environment, communicating with parents, and working closely with other members of the teaching team. The position involves working with very young children between approximately 1.3 and 3.5 years old, so candidates should have a good understanding of early childhood development and be comfortable managing and caring for young learners in a classroom setting. Applicants should preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and have previous experience in education or childcare. Montessori teaching experience would be an advantage. The school is looking for someone who is patient, responsible, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoys working with young children.
