| Write or Paste Ad | GEOS Language Centre Thailand is hiring a friendly, dependable, and professional full-time English teacher in the Asoke area on Sukhumvit 23 in Bangkok, with easy access to both MRT and BTS stations Asok/Sukhumvit. We need native-teaching English teachers only to apply at this time. The position offers stable full-time employment, a guaranteed monthly salary, full visa and work permit assistance, professional development opportunities, and a well-organised teaching schedule. The school provides English, Thai, and Japanese language programmes for a diverse range of students, including children, teenagers, adults, working professionals, and long-term visa students. GEOS offers an international, supportive environment focused on practical language development, student confidence, and measurable progress. The successful candidate will teach both private and group English classes to students of different ages and ability levels, including children and adults. Lessons may cover general English, conversation and communication skills, structured EFL programmes, and the Callan Method. Responsibilities include preparing lessons according to students’ needs, maintaining a positive and engaging classroom, helping learners develop confidence, providing constructive feedback, and working professionally with the GEOS academic and administrative teams. Teachers will be expected to teach up to 120 hours per month and will receive a guaranteed salary of 50,000 THB per month before tax and statutory deductions. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in education, English, linguistics, or a related field, as well as a TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching qualification. Candidates must be native English speakers holding a passport from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK, or the USA. At least two years of teaching experience is preferred, together with experience working with both children and adults. Applicants should demonstrate professionalism, reliability, strong classroom management skills, a student-focused approach, and a willingness to learn and follow structured teaching methods. Previous Callan Method experience or certification is an advantage but is not essential. The position includes a guaranteed monthly salary of 50,000 THB before tax and statutory deductions, full visa and work permit support, annual leave in accordance with Thai labour law, and full social security coverage. Teachers will also receive ongoing professional development, Callan Method training and support, and the opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive environment in central Bangkok, close to Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. GEOS is an accredited Callan Method school, and full training in the method will be provided. This gives successful teachers the opportunity to gain practical experience with an internationally established and highly structured approach to English language teaching while developing their classroom skills within a professional language-school environment.
