| Write or Paste Ad | Native English-Speaking Early Years Teacher Kids Sense Village is seeking a passionate and dedicated Native English-Speaking Early Years Teacher to join its growing team in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The school provides a child-centred early years learning environment inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, with an emphasis on play, creativity, sensory exploration, inclusion and supporting each child’s individual development. The position is full-time and is scheduled to begin in November 2026. It is based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, with a starting salary of 55,000 THB per month, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Applicants should be native English speakers with a Bachelor’s degree and previous experience working with young children or in early years education. The ideal candidate will be warm, patient, creative and genuinely enthusiastic about working with children. The successful teacher should be able to design and deliver engaging, practical and child-centred learning experiences while working effectively as part of a multicultural and multidisciplinary team. Experience or knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach would be an advantage, as would experience supporting children with additional needs, inclusive education, neurodiversity or SEN. Backgrounds in play-based, inquiry-based or sensory learning are also welcomed. Relevant qualifications and experience will be taken into consideration when determining the salary offered. A salary review may also be considered after successful completion of the six-month probation period, based on performance, contribution to the team and suitability for the position.
