| Write or Paste Ad | I Can Read, an established multinational English literacy and EFL organization with more than 20 years of experience, is recruiting Literacy and EFL Teachers for its centres across Thailand. The organization operates over 20 centres nationwide and continues to expand, providing specialised instruction in literacy, phonics, reading, writing, speaking and listening to children aged 3–12 in small classes of up to 10 students. IMPORTANT: At this time, only native English speakers from Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Ireland and South Africa may apply. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, possess a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate of at least 120 hours, have clear speech with a widely understandable accent, and demonstrate experience teaching or working with children. Part-Time Literacy / EFL Teachers: These are part-time positions requiring weekend availability from 9:00 to 18:00, with a minimum of four teaching hours. Successful applicants will receive a 24-month contract and a competitive hourly rate of up to 600 baht, depending on qualifications and teaching performance. Additional benefits include an annual bonus of 100 baht for every class taught and a training bonus. Part-time vacancies are available at Central Westgate on Sundays; Crystal Park on Saturdays or Sundays; and Future Park Rangsit on Saturdays or Sundays, all within the Bangkok Metropolitan Region. A regional position is also available in Rayong on Fridays and Saturdays. I Can Read is additionally seeking a part-time relief teacher who must be willing to travel to different locations throughout the Bangkok Metropolitan Region. Full-Time Literacy / EFL Teachers: Full-time positions involve five working days per week, including three weekdays from 13:00 to 19:00 and both Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00. The package includes a 24-month contract, a gross monthly salary starting at 48,000 baht, training and contract-completion bonuses, reimbursement and assistance for visa and work permit applications, Social Security, medical coverage and ongoing professional development. Full-time vacancies are available at Central Pinklao, Central Salaya, Crystal Park in the Ladprao District and Fashion Island in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, as well as in Surin. A full-time relief teacher position is also available for candidates willing to travel throughout the Bangkok Metropolitan Region. Teachers receive comprehensive training, structured lesson plans and specialised teaching materials to support their classroom work.
